Well you are adorable and cute with all those of course, but if you feel ashamed of it then you can try being something else, maybe a little bit sexy and slim if that’s what you want, and it’s not impossible just a little run and a jog will get you there probably in a month.
If you are looking forward to be a slim waist fit then you have to get up from that lazy routine of yours and get yourself with something better than having some fries in your bed. If you want to lose some pounds along the way then you have to get yourself up running to achieve that goal. Feels lonely to get that done? Then get yourself some good support community that will allow you to build that motivation every morning so that you can get up and start leaving back the extra weight you carry and drag your confidence down.
Leave back the unhealthy fats
If you want to live a life with health and fitness then you have to get up and work for it without lazily sleeping round and doing cuddles with your blankets. It’s high time you do cuddles with your gym bag than your blankets and pillows. If you want to leave those unhealthy fats aside then get rid of it.
